Ignite Attachments Expands Land Leveler Product Catalogue

Moorhead, Minnesota-based manufacturer Ignite Attachments is expanding its product lineup with new land levelers for both miniature and full-size skid steer loaders, the company says.

The catalogue expansion comes in response to increased industry focus on the final grade of a project, officials say. The grade can make or break any landscaping endeavor, and operators are in need of attachments that can not only deliver solid results, but maintain productivity levels while doing so.

The new lineup additions, led by a 78-inch land leveler, combine practical design with “the dependable performance landscape professionals expect,” the company claims.

“At Ignite, we’re focused on building attachments that solve real challenges for our customers,” says Darin Gronwold, product manager for Ignite Attachments. “The new land levelers are a great example of that approach. They deliver the features landscape professionals need while expanding a lineup that helps them tackle more jobs with confidence, regardless of the equipment they’re running.”

The new lineup also includes a 48-inch land leveler, designed for mini skid steer loaders and engineered for the same jobs as the 78-inch attachment machine.

Making the grade

The Ignite team designed the new land levelers for the demanding preparation requirements of modern construction sites, as well as finishing grading applications. The firm says the land levelers’ standard ripper shanks are able to loosen compacted soil, and the attachments also come with laser-cut screens to help separate rocks and debris.

The two new machine attachments also include an optional hydraulic scarifier kit. This allows operators to both engage and disengage the shanks from the cab, the company says, improving efficiency and cutting out operational middle-men.

“Every design decision starts with one question: How can we make this job easier for the operator?” Gronwold adds. “Sometimes that means improving durability through rigorous testing, precision manufacturing and quality materials. Other times it’s a simple feature like the integrated bucket brackets that saves an extra trip across the jobsite. Those practical details are what define the Ignite approach.”

The new Ignite Attachments land levelers will appear on the show floor at this year’s Equip Exposition trade show, set for Oct. 20-23 in Louisville, Kentucky.
