CASE Construction Equipment has announced a change to its dealer network in Ontario, selecting Terapro Construction as its majority dealer for the province.

The move comes as a replacement for CASE, as Nors Construction Equipment will no longer be serving the area for the country. The two equipment dealers will service CASE customers in tandem from June 1 to Oct. 31 of this year, and the transition period will officially end Nov. 1.

“Terapro has a strong reputation for customer support, equipment expertise and operational excellence,” says Terry Dolan, head of CNH Construction Brands, commercial. “Through our partnership with them, we’re reinforcing our commitment to providing contractors and crews with the support, expertise and resources they need to maximize productivity and uptime.”

Terapro boasts 18 locations across Canada, including five in Canada, according to the company’s website. Not only does it offer a “comprehensive selection” of CASE equipment, including heavy, compact, and subcompact options, but it also provides further services as a dealer. The company offers value-added services to customers, including financing, maintenance, telematics, and aftermarket support.

Servicing the Great White North

Terapro currently caters to both the construction and agricultural market, the company says on its website. The firm currently employs 325 service professionals who are available seven days a week for full servicing opportunities, including both at the counter and through emergency services.

“Terapro is committed to delivering unparalleled quality and continuous innovation without ever compromising its integrity,” company officials say. “This promise reflects a determination to excel in each of its areas of activity, assuring clients that the products and services provided are of superior quality, without shortcuts or compromises.

“Terapro distinguishes itself through its personalized service to each of its clients. Its strength lies in its team of experienced, passionate, and dedicated employees.”

Terapro currently offers both CASE Construction and New Holland Agriculture equipment across eastern Canada.
