West Bend, Wisconsin-based equipment supplier Manitou North America has formed a partnership with K&M Lawn, Garden and Arborist Supplies, for distribution of its GEHL brand of construction equipment.

Located in northern Virginia’s town of Culpeper, K&M will supply a full line of skid loaders, track loaders, articulated loaders, and telescopic handlers to the region, Manitou representatives say. The family company was acquired by David Silverman in 2019, but its wider mission has remained the same: offer Virginia’s lawn contractors the latest and greatest in power products and parts.

“We are extremely proud to welcome K&M to the GEHL family,” says Shawn Elliott, managing director for Manitou North America’s Eastern Region. “Their excellent reputation in Culpeper and the surrounding counties makes them an ideal fit. Local customers can expect unmatched support across GEHL equipment sales, service, and parts, and we are excited to grow together in this new partnership.”

K&M Lawn has been servicing Culpeper and its surrounding area for the past 12 years, according to representatives. Now, Manitou Group’s new equipment lineup additions aim to strengthen that core service mission even further.

Adding to the portfolio

K&M Lawn currently stocks zero turn mowers, tractors, outdoor power equipment, and more, the company says. With the infusion of Manitou Group equipment, the firm now adds the entirety of the GEHL lineup to its ranks, a big boon to its overall product catalogue.

“K&M is excited to add GEHL Construction Equipment as a new line to our current mix of high-end brands,” says David Silverman, owner of K&M Lawn. “Our customers look to us to continue to provide superior equipment and to meet their landscaping and farming needs.

“Adding GEHL to our line-up allows us to offer an even wider range of equipment solutions and better serve our community.”

GEHL equipment is available now from K&M Lawn, Garden and Arborist Supplies. Interested potential customers can visit the company’s website for more information, Manitou Group says.
