Minnesotan equipment company Yanmar Compact Equipment North America has announced the additions of three dealers to its authorized network in the U.S.

Consisting of Ohio’s Holmes Rental Station, ReadyDig in Colorado, and northwestern Vermont’s Wood’s CRW Corp., the additions not only expand Yanmar’s American coverage, but “strengthen the company’s ability to deliver equipment, parts, service, and support to contractors, rental companies, municipalities, and equipment owners throughout the region.”

The new dealers represent growth milestones and important steps for the Japanese firm’s U.S.-based equipment arm.

“North America remains one of the most important growth markets for Yanmar globally, and the strength of our dealer network is fundamental to our success,” says Anna Christine Sgro, President, Yanmar Compact Equipment North America. “Our strategy is not simply to increase points of distribution, but to build a network of exceptional partners who share our commitment to customer support, operational excellence, and long-term relationships.”

The three new dealers each bring a deep local market expertise into the Yanmar fold, officials say, as well as positive reputations and customer base connections. Their additions greatly bolster Yanmar’s contractor support abilities, alongside its commitment to bringing trusted partnerships to its U.S. business.

Building a North American presence

The addition of the trio of new dealers reflects a continued investment by Yanmar into the U.S. market. After an expansion into Canada earlier this summer, the company is intent on bolstering its presence throughout the continent, with dealerships cropping up in the 50 States and beyond.

“Holmes Rental Station, ReadyDig, and Wood’s CRW Corp. each bring deep market expertise, strong customer connections, and a reputation for service excellence,” Sgro adds. “Their addition strengthens our ability to support contractors, rental companies, municipalities, and equipment owners across key regions of the United States while reinforcing our commitment to being a trusted partner throughout the equipment lifecycle.”

Each of the new associated firms cover a different piece of the U.S., with construction markets like the Midwest, Northeast, and Rocky Mountain region now covered by at least one dealer. Jason Beachy, president of Holmes Rental Station, says he believes the relationship with Yanmar will also strengthen his own company’s presence, in addition to Yanmar’s itself.

“Here at Holmes Rental Station, we are excited to strengthen our relationship with Yanmar CE,” he says. “We have been a long-time dealer for Yanmar Rural Life and understand the quality and reliability of Yanmar equipment. We also have years of experience renting Yanmar Compact Equipment to our customers.”
