Richfield, Wisconsin-based MEWP manufacturer AXCS Equipment has launched a new self-service parts portal for customers around the U.S.

Described as a “major advancement for the MEWP industry,” the portal is designed to both simplify and accelerate the parts market for customers. With the new portal in place, potential customers will be able to find, order, and receive replacement parts faster than ever before, the firm says.

“For too long, parts ordering in our industry has been slow, manual, and unnecessarily complicated,” says Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “We set out to change that. This portal is about giving our customers full control – fast, accurate, and on their terms.”

The launch of the customer portal reinforces AXCS’s ongoing commitment to customers, the firm says, as it aims to deliver high-performance machines for the American MEWP sector. Additionally, the company aims to provide “a complete ownership experience,” centered around reliability, efficiency, and total cost of machine ownership.

Making the most of the changes

AXCS Equipment’s new portal includes a number of updated features, the company says, including exact-match serial number searching. Portal users will be able to bypass catalogs entirely and search for their machine’s serial number, guaranteeing that the parts shown will be compatible with the customer’s product.

Additionally, those parts will have real-time stock and pricing updates, as well as flexible payment options, live shipping rates, and tracking capabilities. The program’s online dashboard also allows for “comprehensive account management,” managing orders, settings, and billing profiles.

Also highlighted by the company is the portal’s new interactive schematics, officials say. The program features detailed diagrams with clickable bubbles on all individual components, allowing portal users to identify and add items to their cart with ease.

“With this portal, we’re removing barriers and putting power back in the hands of our customers,” Liner adds. “It’s another step forward in how AXCS is engineering solutions beyond the machine itself.”

The AXCS Parts Portal is live and accessible for customers across the U.S. as of June 17. More information is available on the company’s website.
