For Construction Implements Depot (CID), celebrating America’s 250th birthday hits incredibly close to home. The heavy equipment attachment manufacturer is marking two major milestones at once: America’s historic semiquincentennial and their own 20-year legacy of building American-made products.

To honor the occasion, CID has unveiled an ultra-limited production run of its most popular skid steer attachment: the Tree Reaper Brush Cutter. Just 25 total units are being produced worldwide, each wrapped in a thick, industrial-grade American flag design. In tandem with the launch, CID is partnering with Operation BBQ Relief, a non-profit organization that deploys to disaster zones to cook and serve hot, homemade meals to displaced families and first responders.

An All-American Legacy Wrapped in Premium Protection

For two decades, CID has kept its entire manufacturing footprint on American soil, engineering attachments designed to handle the toughest land management jobs in the country. Incorporating the 250th American anniversary into their flagship product was a natural extension of the company’s core values.

The Tree Reaper is widely recognized for its aggressive cutting power and ability to effortlessly clear dense brush and trees. For this special release, CID is outfitting the 25 exclusive units in a thick, premium vinyl wrap that boldly displays the American flag. The heavy-duty wrap is built to withstand the punishing, abrasive environments the Tree Reaper encounters daily, keeping the patriotic design intact through flying debris and thick overgrowth.

Serving Neighbors in the Wake of Disaster

The heart of this anniversary campaign is a direct contribution to Operation BBQ Relief. Founded in 2011, the 501(c)(3) non-profit mobilizes a massive network of volunteer pitmasters and mobile equipment within hours of a natural disaster, providing hot, high-quality barbecue meals that offer comfort and sustenance to impacted communities.

A portion of the proceeds from every one of the 25 limited-edition flag-wrapped Tree Reapers sold will go directly to funding Operation BBQ Relief’s emergency deployments, ensuring their teams have the resources needed to feed families and emergency personnel when a crisis hits.

“Building all-American products for the last 20 years has given us a deep appreciation for the communities we serve. Celebrating America’s 250th birthday isn’t just about looking back; it’s about stepping up for our neighbors today. Partnering with Operation BBQ Relief lets us turn our passion for American manufacturing into real, hot meals for people who need them most.”
