Yanmar Compact Equipment North America‘s compact track loader (CTL) line keeps on growing. The company just announced six new mid- and large-frame CTLs featuring ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriages.

These new units — the TL65RP, TL75VP, TL80VP, TL100VP, TL80VP Forestry and TL100VP Forestry — join Yanmar’s TL25RP, TL40RP and TL50RP, which were introduced in July. The six CTLs significantly expand the company’s CTL offering — spanning from units built for compact construction and landscaping applications to high-production land clearing and forestry.

Yanmar’s new CTLs are manufactured at its Grand Rapids, Minnesota, facility. All six machines boast Yanmar diesel engines and the patented ASV Posi-Track fully suspended torsion-axle undercarriage technology.

According to the press release, the lineup includes radial- and vertical-lift configurations, rated operating capacities from 2,000 to 4,100 lbs, auxiliary hydraulic flow up to 41 gpm and two purpose-built forestry models designed for demanding land-management applications.

“Compact track loaders are a critical part of Yanmar’s growth strategy in North America,” said Anna Christine Sgro, president, Yanmar Compact Equipment North America. “With these six models joining the three small-frame machines introduced in July, we now offer customers a significantly broader range of CTL solutions — from compact applications through demanding, high-production forestry work. This expansion reflects the investment we are making in our Grand Rapids manufacturing operation, our products and our dealer network. We are building the portfolio, capacity and support infrastructure necessary to serve our customers and dealers for the long term.”

Something for Everyone

Thanks to these new machines, customers have additional options for construction, landscaping, agriculture, material handling, land management and forestry. Each new model comes standard with a multifunction 7-in. color display, rearview camera and electronic joystick controls with selectable ISO or H-pattern settings, adjustable operator profiles and speed settings.

Yanmar said SmartAssist Remote telematics is also standard, with complimentary service for the first five years. This platform gives owners access to machine location, utilization, maintenance and other important operating information to help manage equipment and support uptime.

Yanmar shared this info about each new model:

  • TL65RP: The radial-lift TL65RP pairs 67.1 hp with a 2,000-lb rated operating capacity and available 26.7-gpm high-flow hydraulics. Its compact footprint, maneuverability and high ground clearance make it well suited for digging, grading and loading in landscaping, property maintenance, rental and construction applications.
  • TL75VP: As Yanmar’s smallest vertical-lift CTL, the TL75VP provides a versatile combination of lifting capability, reach and maneuverability. With 71.5 hp and a 2,300-lb rated operating capacity, it is equipped for truck loading, pallet handling, material movement and a broad range of construction and landscaping work.
  • TL80VP: The vertical-lift TL80VP steps up performance with 71.5 hp, a 2,800-lb rated operating capacity and available 34.3-gpm high-flow auxiliary hydraulics. Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system, with torsion axles and bogie wheels, delivers traction, flotation and stability across changing ground conditions. Standard 17.7-in.-wide tracks provide a broad footprint.
  • TL100VP: The TL100VP combines 103.5 hp, a 3,500-lb rated operating capacity and available 41-gpm high-flow auxiliary hydraulics for high-production construction, landscaping, agriculture and material-handling work. Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system with torsion axles and bogie wheels helps maintain ground contact while providing stability and a smoother ride across challenging terrain.
  • TL80VP Forestry: The TL80VP Forestry combines 71.5 hp, a 2,800-lb rated operating capacity and standard 34.3-gpm high-flow hydraulics with purpose-built machine guarding and a dedicated Forestry cab. The cab features a 3/4-in. polycarbonate door, 1/2-in. polycarbonate side windows and Forestry ROPS and FOPS certification, providing added operator protection for land management, vegetation clearing and site preparation. Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system with torsion-axles and bogie wheels provides traction, stability and a smoother ride across demanding terrain.
  • TL100VP Forestry: The largest of the six new models combines 103.5 hp, a 4,100-lb rated operating capacity and standard 41-gpm high-flow hydraulics. A hydraulically driven reversing fan, purpose-built machine guarding and a dedicated Forestry cab equip the TL100VP Forestry for high-productivity mulching, land clearing and right-of-way work. Its advanced ASV Posi-Track dual-level suspended undercarriage system, with torsion axles, bogie wheels, and standard 20-in.-wide tracks, provides a broad, stable footprint across demanding terrain.

Available Now

All six new models are now available through authorized Yanmar Compact Equipment dealers across the United States and Canada. The company explained that all Yanmar CTLs are backed by a two-year or 2,000-hour bumper-to-bumper warranty. Yanmar added that models equipped with ASV Posi-Track undercarriages also carry the industry’s only no-derailment guarantee during the applicable warranty period. Customers can opt for additional coverage through the Ycare Extended Warranty program.
