The Global Compact Equipment Expert Offers All Types of Wheel Loaders

Wacker Neuson has been producing and developing wheel loaders for the farm and construction industry in Europe for more than 80 years. In 2007, the company brought its first articulated models to the United States. Since then, the Wacker Neuson wheel loader line has grown exponentially and today the company offers a full line of articulated, all-wheel steer and telescopic compact wheel loaders that work in a variety of industries including construction, agriculture, landscape, snow removal and recycling.

All-wheel steer, articulated and telescopic wheel loaders have the power, performance and operator comfort to tackle any job and quickly and precisely manage all types of loads. All Wacker Neuson wheel loaders come with a hydraulically operated universal attachment plate, allowing operators to go beyond the bucket. All attachments (new or current) can be quickly and easily changed, making wheel loaders the perfect year-round jobsite solution. The standard faster hydraulic block and 14-pin auxiliary harness provides added versatility with the ability to connect high-flow attachments in a snap to use all the electrical functions.

  • All-wheel steer wheel loaders: The AWS models, 5055, 8085, 8115 and 8085T, are designed with a rigid one-piece chassis that prevents shifts in the center of gravity at full turn. This ensures stability, even when working on uneven ground, and maintains a constant payload. The AWS has a 40-degree steering angle on each axle that allows a high degree of maneuverability which helps to reduce transit and cycle times. All AWS models feature three steering modes (four-wheel, two-wheel and crab), which provide maximum maneuverability on the job.
  • Articulated wheel loaders: The WL32, WL34, WL38, WL52, WL60 and WL60T are designed with an articulation joint, allowing the machine to pivot. When working in confined areas with tight turns and uneven terrain, the articulated wheel loaders are an excellent choice. The articulation joint allows the machine to access and operate in areas such as residential spaces, greenhouses and barns. The high degree of maneuverability and stability allow materials to be transported more efficiently.
  • Telescopic wheel loaders: Wacker Neuson offers two telescopic wheel loader units, the all-wheel steer 8085T and articulated WL60T. These units offer additional reach for stacking and dumping with a telescopic boom, providing added versatility and greater productivity.

Advice to Buyers

“With an abundance of features, compact wheel loaders can be a great complement or alternative to the skid steer loader,” explains Brent Coffey, product manager with loaders at Wacker Neuson. “With increased visibility, higher travel speed, additional lift height, telescopic options and skid steer-style attachment interface, the compact wheel loader is the ultimate work machine. Understanding the application and its necessary needs will ensure that the operator has the machine with the needed specifications and features to maximize job efficiency.”
