Yanmar Utility Vehicles Summarized — 2019 Spec Guide

Get Behind the Power and Drive of a Bull or Longhorn
Yanmar was first established in 1912 as a diesel engine company and has since expanded its product range, services and expertise to deliver total solutions. In January 2017, the manufacturer entered the UTV market with its Bull Series utility task vehicles.
The Bull Series UTVs are available in two designs, the standard Bull model with three seats in a single row and the Longhorn edition with two rows and six individual seats. They both feature a 700-cc class gas engine and premium design. Yanmar UTVs are sold exclusively through the company’s extensive North American Compact Construction Equipment and Agriculture Tractor dealer network.
Both Bull Series models are more than ready to tackle any terrain thanks to a full-locking front differential with linear Dial-Lok two-wheel and four-wheel drive selection, which allows drivers to adjust for changing riding conditions. The Bull model features an 11.8-in. ground clearance and the Longhorn boasts 11.4 in. — ideal for riding high above rocks and any other obstacles that may come your way.
Yanmar offers the Rent-A-Bull package to commercial customers to fulfill common jobsite safety requirements. Units come to the dealership fully customized to meet customer needs and often include speed limitation, horns, backup alarms, safety beacons and windshields. The Rent-A-Bull has options available to make it safe wherever duty calls.
The original Bull Series was released in January 2017 and features a silver and red color scheme that includes a signature and sleek exterior design. Color options expanded in 2018 to include green, Realtree AP Camo and the special edition Black Angus edition, available as a standard Bull model only, that includes matte metallic grey paint and a matte black hood adorned with a large but subtle carbon fiber Bull logo graphic. In 2019, the special edition is back with a similar graphics package but as a Longhorn edition model only and with a Longhorn logo graphic replacing the Bull logo graphic on the hood.
Regardless of package or color, all Yanmar Bull Series UTVs come standard with electronic power steering, a welded metal full body skid plate, a sun top and a thick rubber Yanmar-branded cargo bed mat. Today, Yanmar sells diesel engines, excavators, utility tractors, UTVs, crawler carriers and wheel loaders in the compact equipment realm. Explore the quality of any of these units by requesting a test drive at a local Yanmar dealer.
Advice to Buyers
“Each customer faces unique situations that dictate their needs for a UTV. Rely on a dependable manufacturer that has the ability to customize the product to fit your application,” says Jason Fitch, Yanmar America UTV division manager. “Look for task vehicles that can be tailored to fit all of your jobsite requirements, from full cab enclosures to electric/hydraulic dump bed options.”
