Genie Unveils New, Responsive Website

Genie Website

Genie, a manufacturer of telehandlers, lifts, booms and light towers, recently unveiled a redesigned North American website.

The site, genielift.com, is a responsive site that takes into consideration the mobile and office customer offering fast, clean and simple access for a more efficient and approachable way to get information.

“We consistently hear that our website has to be a productivity tool for very busy people. We redesigned our site for those who need equipment information at their fingertips,” said Karen Stash, Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management, Terex Aerial Work Platforms. “Whether you visit on your tablet, phone or computer, the responsive Genielift.com will work with your device of choice.”

The redesigned website has the flexibility to provide the right information for people with different needs. Those who work with fleets, rent equipment, or use equipment are highly mobile so the redesigned site has eliminated clicks and reduced page load times.

The service technician working in the garage or in the field will be able to call the Genie customer service team immediately by using the phone icon at the top of the home page while another icon takes them directly to the Genie service manuals.

Sales professionals at rental stores have easy access to product guides while the photo and graphic-rich design helps them better identify products and specifications. Customers will have an optimal experience no matter what device or browser they use.

“This is just the first step,” Stash said. “We will continue to deliver an industry-leading experience on our website. Our focus will always be geared toward the customer, providing fast, easy access to information so equipment professionals are more productive.”
