Snorkel recently announced the global launch of its new online warranty services portal (link below). Now available, the new online warranty services portal allows Snorkel equipment owners to digitally manage all product warranty and warranty claim information. New users can create an account to submit a claim, search and view claim history, and submit labor rate declarations. The user-friendly online portal provides convenient 24/7 access and up-to-date product warranty information. There is no change on how claims are processed, we are simply improving the experience to submit and track warranty claims, hopefully improving claim processing times.
The new warranty services portal is the part of a customer support digitization campaign by Snorkel. While we are still accepting scanned/mailed paper copies of warranty claim submissions, this will be phased out over the coming months.
