Sage Oil Vac Announces Enhanced Class 7 Fuel/Lube Truck
Sage Oil Vac debuted an enhanced Class 7 fuel/lube body at the Work Truck Week 2025 in Indianapolis this week. This announcement comes after an already busy few months, including the launch of a new non-CDL enclosed service truck, an upgraded Class 8 fuel/lube body and the expansion of its mobile maintenance lineup with the new LV230 service lube van and LV430 service lube van, which we also wrote about. But first, let’s discuss…
The Class 7 Fuel/Lube Truck: Key Features and Enhancements
The Class 7 fuel/lube truck provides substantial capacity and improved features for operators. It includes a 1,000-gal fuel tank, 300 gal of fresh oil capacity across three tanks and 120 gal for used oil, making it ideal for fueling and servicing large machinery. From the press release:
“The first Sage Oil Vac system was designed to stop spills during oil changes. Our legacy is built on the idea of improving operator experience,” said Sage Oil Vac CEO Aaron Sage. “That kind of innovation drives our engineering team. You can see it in every Sage Oil Vac system — and it’s especially clear in our newest products.”
Recent enhancements to the Class 7 models bring durability and operational efficiency to the forefront:
- Improved Sealing Systems: The new sealing systems for switch and storage boxes are built to withstand power washing and harsh weather.
- Faster Vacuum System: The new multistage vacuum generator works a whopping 100 percent faster than previous models, speeding up the fluid transfer process.
- Tank Fill Indicator: A new indicator at the bulk-fill station ensures more accurate loading of tanks, removing the guesswork.
- Backup Camera Enhancements: Wider camera views increase safety on busy jobsites.
- Enhanced Storage: A relocated, high-capacity mechanics drawer and dedicated drain pan storage keep the truck organized and reduce cleanup time.
- Sturdier Work Area: An extended bumper and safety ladder improve accessibility and support.
Optional features for the Class 7 fuel/lube truck include safety cone storage, vise mounts and backup sensors. Available in both the PTO-driven hydraulic power model (7120P) and standalone diesel-driven model (7120S), these enhancements offer service pros more mobile options.
The Sage Oil Vac Advantage
Sage Oil Vac sets itself apart with its patented pump-free technology. Instead of mechanical pumps, the system uses compressed air to vacuum and dispense fluids. This makes the process faster, cleaner and safer.
