Tsurumi Pump will feature a deep lineup of its industry-leading products at ARA’s The Rental Show 2018, the largest equipment rental trade show in the world, which starts today. This year’s iteration of the event will take place in New Orleans from February 19-21. Tsurumi will occupy booth #1909 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, and as a benefit to its customers, the pump manufacturer will offer special pricing on select products from the first day of the show through March 31.
Tsurumi is respected around the world as the manufacturer of some of the most resilient pumps on the market. According to Glenn Wieczorek, managing director of Tsurumi, the company’s success in the rental market validates that reputation for toughness.
“The rental industry has always been one of our largest markets from a sales standpoint,” he said. “There’s no tougher application on a pump than going into rental, so we’re proud of the acceptance we’ve gained in that sector. From construction to emergency flood cleanup, our customers have come to count on Tsurumi to handle the rigors of rental.”
Tsurumi’s booth will feature a wide array of products, including:
- LB series of dewatering pumps
- HS series of trash pumps
- HSD series of sand pumps
- NK series of heavy-duty, high-head pumps
- LSR and LSC ground drainage pumps
- F-13 utility pumps
- L4000 series of DC pumps
- KTZ series of three-phase dewatering pumps
- TE series of engine-powered centrifugal pumps
- THP high-pressure pumps
- TD5 series of diaphragm pumps
- TPG4 series of portable generators
Senior personnel will also be at the booth to demonstrate select products and discuss strategies for successful applications.
“Tsurumi is best known for electric submersible pumps, but we also have a full line of Honda-powered dewatering pumps, trash pumps and generators,” Wieczorek explained. “The same level of quality that goes into our electric submersibles goes into those engine-run products, which is why our lineup of rental offerings runs so deep.”
Rental pumps operate in a variety of harsh environments and are often hastily used by customers. This can lead to abuse, which quickly shortens the lifespan of less durable pumps. Tsurumi’s engineering and design standards have given rise to pumps that offer greater quality and durability to the rental market. The company uses only the highest quality materials and the most time-tested manufacturing methods to build its pumps, effectively minimizing failure on the job site. As a result, both rental houses and customers alike can depend on Tsurumi pumps to achieve a higher return on investment.
The Rental Show, which is hosted annually by the American Rental Association, is the largest equipment rental trade show in the world, comprising rental-specific seminars, networking opportunities and equipment displays for all rental market segments: construction and industrial; general tool and light construction; and special event planning. This year’s Rental Show will feature more than 700 manufacturers and suppliers of rental equipment.
Tsurumi will be offering special Rental Show pricing, which will be available to its customers from February 19-March 31. Attendees can expect discounts on engine-driven pumps and portable generators. In addition, all orders placed at Tsurumi’s Rental Show booth will come with free freight, regardless of size.
“If you see a pump with the Tsurumi name on it, you can be confident in its design and engineering,” Wieczorek concluded. “Our attention to detail has enabled us to grow into one of the leading providers of pumping solutions to the rental market, and there’s no better forum to spread that message than ARA’s The Rental Show.”
