OTR Expands Nationwide Footprint with a New Phoenix Location
OTR Engineered Solutions’ (OTR) Phoenix facility is officially open for business. The company recently announced that its new location is now fully operational — strengthening OTR’s nationwide footprint and expanding fast, reliable service for customers across the Southwest. OTR said the new location stocks a wide range of off-the-road tires, tracks, wheels and assemblies. It also features the company’s popular Foam Fill Exchange program. This helps dealers and rental centers reduce costly downtime.
“OTR has made a significant investment in the Phoenix facility, not only in the 42,000-sq-ft building, but also in technology and products we’ve committed there,” said Mitch Mittlestadt, general manager/aftermarket. “This location gives us an unmatched ability to quickly respond to unplanned or emergency tire and track needs in the region. What’s even more exciting is we’ve left room for expansion.”
OTR’s Foam Fill Exchange Program
As mentioned above, OTR’s Phoenix location offers the company’s Foam Fill Exchange program. The company explained the program is highly utilized by tire dealers and equipment rental operations in the construction and material handling markets.

With this program, OTR provides a new foam-filled tire and wheel assembly to replace the customer’s worn or damaged one. The old tire is recycled, and the rim is refurbished to reduce costs and maximize customer return on investment. OTR also employs delivery drivers to exchange the assemblies. Current dedicated routes are established throughout Arizona, New Mexico and southern California, with Nevada to be added in the near future.
“The Phoenix facility is an excellent complement to OTR’s other locations throughout the U.S.,” said Mittlestadt. “The Foam Fill Exchange program offered here is another benefit to the region, helping to reduce costly downtime and providing exceptional return on investment.”
