Attending The ARA Show This Week? Stop by Kubota’s Booth (You Won’t be Disappointed!)

If you’re attending The ARA Show this week, be sure to stop by Kubota‘s booth (#4413). There’s a lot to see, but here’s a peek at two machines that have us excited!
The New KX080-5
Kubota Tractor Corporation announced the launch of the KX080-5 compact excavator (above) as it celebrates its 50th anniversary manufacturing construction equipment globally. Replacing the popular KX080-4 with performance, utility and comfort upgrades, the new KX080-5 takes the top spot in Kubota’s robust excavator lineup and will be available at authorized Kubota dealerships within the first quarter of 2024. Equipped with a 66.6-hp Kubota engine, the KX080-5 features a working range that includes a digging depth of 15 ft, 1.1 in., a maximum dumping height of 17 ft, 2.7 in., and a bucket breakout force of 14,660 lbs, delivering impressive performance and efficiency for its size. A new programmable Engine Auto Stop feature turns off the engine when idling up to 30 minutes, and an Auto Idling System reduces engine RPM instinctively when high engine speed isn’t needed and the control levers are in neutral for more than 4 seconds.
The New RTV-X1130
Kubota’s new RTV-X1130 is designed to reimagine the capabilities of its cargo bed: the RTV-X1130 features a six-foot long bed that offers increased productivity and configuration options to handle various types of cargo. The cargo bed features the ability to divide into different sub-compartments and offers an impressive 26 cu ft of storage and a cargo capacity of 1,212 lbs. Then, using the new Pro-Konvert system, the bed and its three sides can be easily configured without tools allowing operators to drop the two sides and/or the back tailgate for loading and even converting it into a flatbed. With the inclusion of a hydraulic dump bed and enhanced bed lock feature, users can now have greater control and safety over their load control and achieve precise material placement. The cargo bed is constructed of heavy-duty steel and comes standard with a spray-on bed liner.
