Johnson Level & Tool is celebrating the 75th anniversary of its founding in 1947. To celebrate their anniversary, Johnson is bringing the celebration to their fans – all year long.
“The last 75 years have given us plenty of reasons to celebrate,” says Peter Chatel, president at Hultafors Group North America. “We’ve grown from a small wood level manufacturing company into a dominant global manufacturer of high-quality levels, lasers and measuring tools. But we aren’t satisfied solely with looking back on our history as a leading level and layout tool brand. We are looking to the next 75 years of innovative tools engineered for professionals to work faster, safer, and smarter on every job they perform.”
An anniversary wouldn’t be complete without the guest of honor – and for Johnson, that’s the fans! On jobs from site preparation and layout through finished carpentry, landscaping, remodeling and DIY projects, Johnson end users experience accurate, durable, and easy-to-use tools. As Johnson kicks off its 75th year, the organization invites its customers, end users and fans to recognize all they have achieved over the last 75 years. With the #Johnson75 campaign, Johnson is taking it up a notch and launching contests, polls, events and limited edition commemorative rafter squares and bamboo levels.
Kicking off on July 5th, fans can get in on the action by following the #Johnson75 hashtag and checking Johnson’s social media and website pages for giveaways, contests and exclusive content. In addition, Johnson is hosting a local open house on July 14th for its founders, neighbors, retail partners, vendors and employees as a thank you for their contribution to the continuing success of the business.
