Luby Equipment Becomes Full-Line Case Dealer

With its acquisition of the assets of H Edwards Equipment, Fenton, Missouri-based Luby Equipment is now an authorized dealer for the full line of Case Construction equipment.

With the acquisition of the H Edwards Equipment, which had been the Case dealer for light equipment in the Caseyville area for many years, Luby’s territory extends to Calhoun, Jersey, Randolph, Madison, Monroe and St Claire counties. The entire staff of H Edwards Equipment, including service, sales and parts personnel, is now part of the Luby team.

“With this acquisition, we can sell all models in the CASE construction line,” says Bob Luby,president and CEO of Luby Equipment Services. “H Edwards Equipment customers can continue working with their current sales and services contacts. We expect the transition will be very smooth, and we are excited to grow our staff with these new, experienced personnel.”

The two locations will be consolidated into Luby’s Caseyville branch at 8853 Petroff Drive where Luby’s growth in recent years has been driven by exceptional service support along with equipment sales.

Earlier this year, Luby Equipment Services was named a Diamond Dealer by Case Construction as a part of their 2014 Partnership Program.
