Bobcat Company has expanded its dealer network with the addition of Bobcat of Independence County as an authorized new and used sales, service and parts provider of Bobcat equipment. The dealership is located at 1525 Batesville Blvd., Batesville, Ark.
For over 40 years, owner Steve Merritt has been providing customers with a diverse inventory of equipment, including rental services, at Merritt Equipment Co., started in 1973, and Venture Equipment LLC, which opened in 2006. A growing economy paired with a dedication to serve loyal customers in north central Arkansas led Merritt to open an additional dealership, Bobcat of Independence County.
“We have a rich history in the light construction equipment business and loyal customers in the area,” Merritt says. “Bobcat is a marquee product line that has few, if any, gaps in their lineup.
