Saf-T-Gard International Inc. continues to revolutionize the hand protection industry with the availability of the new Saf-T-Gard Therma-Gard HeatWave TGH-15000 Hot Mill Gloves. Made from a proprietary 2-layer seamless machine knit construction, the Saf-T-Gard Therma-Gard HeatWave TGH-15000 Hot Mill Gloves are the first-ever hot mill gloves of its kind and showcase a variety of features and benefits that are not currently available in traditionally cut and sewn hot mill gloves.
Not only do knitted gloves provide more comfort, dexterity and tactile sensitivity, but they also deliver better abrasion resistance and twice the durability of woven gloves of the same fabric weight with no seams to wear out or weaken. The two layers are affixed together at the fingertips to prevent the lining from pulling out when the gloves are doffed. Moreover, a reversible design fits either hand to reduce waste and extend product usage in the field, while the gray color also helps to hide dirt for longer wear.
In addition to providing enhanced comfort and exceptional durability, the Saf-T-Gard Therma-Gard HeatWave TGH-15000 Hot Mill Gloves are the only hot mill gloves that are tested in accordance with the ASTM F1060-08 standard and offer an ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 Level 5 Conductive Heat Resistance – the highest possible – for superior heat protection in temperatures up to 605°F (320°C). The double material thickness throughout the gloves further adds to the heat resistance, while the loops-in Terrycloth outer layer helps maintain the air pockets between the two layers to provide the ultimate heat insulator.

Available in a universal size, the Saf-T-Gard Therma-Gard HeatWave TGH-15000 Hot Mill Gloves include a wide, extended knit wrist cuff that secures the gloves to the hands and also allows for a quick and easy removal. The gloves are sold by the dozen, packaged 12 pairs per master polybag, 6 dozen pairs (72 pairs) per case and are available for immediate shipment.
