SharpGrade Brings New Grading Tech to World of Concrete

SharpGrade is using World of Concrete as a launching pad for new grader blades and a new wireless control system for compact machines. The launches target skid steers and compact track loaders across several size classes. Here’s what we know.
SimulGrade Wireless Blade Control Module
SimulGrade is a wireless blade control module for SharpGrade grader blades. It lets operators control the blade like a six-way dozer blade using factory joysticks on compatible machines. The system removes added wiring, buttons and switches. SimulGrade offers proportional control in all directions. Operators can switch between machine and blade control modes. The module includes redundant safety architecture and a failsafe that returns control to the loader if signal drops. The system works across machines and brands. Crews can move it between loaders without rewiring. From the press release:
“SimulGrade is a game-changer for contractors and operators seeking precision, efficiency, and plug-and-play simplicity,” said Rodney Sharp, President of SharpGrade. “It’s designed with compatibility, safety, and seamless integration in mind bringing six-way blade control directly to your fingertips through the controls you already know and use.”
G119 Grader Blade for Large-Frame Loaders
The G119 targets large-frame skid steers and compact track loaders in the 75- to 100-hp range. It replaces the G116 over time while remaining compatible with modern grade control systems. The blade includes a hydraulic retracting front wheel assembly. Operators raise or lower the wheels from the cab. That setup helps with transport, obstacle clearance and grading closer to structures. Other features include a pivoting rear blade, underslung walking beam and adjustable hitch plate. Hydraulic side wings manage material when grading forward or backward.
GF110 Grader Blade for Mid-Size Machines

The GF110 expands SharpGrade’s lineup with a lower-cost option for mid-size loaders. It targets 65- to 90-hp skid steers and compact track loaders. The blade uses a fixed front wheel assembly to reduce cost. It keeps SharpGrade’s QuadRod linkage design for parallel blade movement. Operators still get an adjustable hitch plate and pivoting rear blade. The GF110 supports 2D and 3D grade control systems. It suits flatwork, road prep and aggregate grading where budget matters. From the press release:
“Cost is a consideration for many of our customers, especially those expanding their fleets,” said Rodney Sharp, President of SharpGrade. “With the GF110, we re-engineered our design to retain core performance features while introducing a fixed front wheel assembly, helping reduce costs without compromising grading precision.”
How These Products Fit Together
SimulGrade works with SharpGrade blades shown at the show. That includes the G119 and GF110. The goal is consistent blade response across different machines and job types. The lineup now covers compact, mid-size and large-frame loaders. Contractors can choose blade size, wheel configuration and control level based on work and fleet mix.
