Paladin Attachments Acquires Kodiak Manufacturing

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Charleston, Tennessee, Kodiak manufactures agricultural implements including rotary cutters, soil and gravel movers, tillers and additional tractor implements.

The acquisition provides Kodiak with a solid platform for continued growth through increased capacity and market support, which enhances the value of the brand to its customer base.

The integration will be transparent to Kodiak customers who can continue ordering product through existing channels. Paladin will add value through process improvement, manufacturing diversity and market support services to further enhance the overall customer experience for Kodiak products.
