Polaris Commercial Partners with M.E.S.O. to Expand Pro XD Work UTV Service Network
Polaris Commercial has teamed up with M.E.S.O., Inc. to give Pro XD work utility vehicle owners more service options. The new partnership designates M.E.S.O. as an Authorized Service Provider for the Pro XD line, providing factory-trained mobile technicians, genuine Polaris parts and faster onsite repair. From the press release:
“We are excited to partner with M.E.S.O., Inc. to expand service capabilities for Pro XD customers,” said Ryan Schmitt, Senior Manager of Polaris Commercial’s Technical Service team. “This partnership will provide faster, more convenient service options while further demonstrating our commitment to supporting customers’ success.“
Who is M.E.S.O.?
Founded in 2014, M.E.S.O. (Mobile Equipment Service Organization) specializes in on-site maintenance for construction, oil and gas, utility and manufacturing fleets. The company uses telematics-based monitoring to schedule preventive maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns. M.E.S.O.’s services include:
- Preventive maintenance programs
- OSHA aerial lift inspections
- Hydraulic hose and A/C repair
- DOT inspections
- Trailer refurbishing and repairs
With technicians in multiple states, M.E.S.O. can complete repairs at the jobsite, reducing downtime from hauling equipment to a dealer.
What This Partnership Means
The arrangement expands service coverage beyond existing Polaris Pro XD dealers. M.E.S.O. technicians now have direct access to Polaris factory technical support and parts supply. Customers can schedule work through M.E.S.O.’s online portal, with service currently available in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

The Pro XD series is Polaris Commercial’s heavy-duty UTV line built for demanding worksites. Models include:
- Full-Size Gas & Diesel — Up to 1,250 lbs cargo capacity, 2,500 lbs towing, 200-hour maintenance intervals
- Mid-Size Gas — Compact footprint with 500 lbs cargo capacity, 1,500 lbs towing
- Full-Size Kinetic Electric — 14.9 kWh battery, up to 45 miles range, 1,250 lbs cargo capacity
All Pro XD models feature jobsite safety elements such as orange seatbelts, backup alarms and speed limiting. Heavy-duty components, Kevlar-backed seats and 8-ply tires improve durability and reduce maintenance. Learn more right over here.
