can help you get the job done more efficiently and effectively and even provide a little fun on the jobsite. For organization of different types of tools, consider a tool rack that can be mounted in the dumping box of most UTVs. Not only will occupants be able to find tools quicker, it will keep them in pristine condition and avoid shifting in the box. Other dump box accessories such as cargo boxes can be added to contain additional cargo and keep it out of the elements.

Most UTV dump boxes have a latch that must be pulled in order to dump the bed. To make things easier, install a cargo lift to dump the box with the flip of a switch. This will take the strain off the operator and offers the convenience of dumping the cargo from inside the cab. To carry more cargo, add bed and wall extenders to make the most out of the vehicle’s cargo box. The extenders increase cargo volume and are great for managing loads that extend above the current box dimensions so they can be carried without fear of falling out.

Need even more cargo capacity beyond the dump box? Turn a UTV’s hood into another cargo area with a front-mounted cargo box. Perfect for tools that you need quick access to, most front boxes are in tray form making it easy to grab and go but be sure to not stack where visibility is hindered. For those late night jobs, get extra visibility with additional lighting on your UTV. LED light bars and singular Halogen lights can brighten up a jobsite so you can work into the night with optimal light. Lighting can be installed on the bumper or roof of the vehicle and come in various sizes for a wide variety of lighting needs.

Work in a climate where winters can be harsh? There are a countless number of cab system enclosures available for UTVs to keep the operator comfortable when the weather gets rough. With options such as canvas, steel and polycarbonate and either automotive glass or polycarbonate windshields, there’s definitely a system available for any budget. For working in the harshest weather conditions, heater systems and heated seats can be added to make sure the operator stays comfortable when the weather is not.

To clear the site in the winter, most UTVs can be equipped with a plow. From winch to hydraulic lifting options and a wide variety of blades, it is easy to tackle any snow removal project. If a lot of time is spent in the UTV, it doesn’t hurt to have some entertainment to make the day go faster. There is a wide variety of audio systems available for off-road vehicles. From dash-mounted systems to Bluetooth-enabled speakers to full-on integrated roof systems, there’s an entertainment package available for any budget.

With UTVs becoming more commonplace on the jobsite, more accessories are being developed to make a wide variety of jobs easier.
