Trimble has announced the inclusion of Brooks Tractor Incorporated as its newest Trimble Technology Outlet.

The firm will sell Trimble-brand grade control, site positioning systems and correction services technology directly to customers that use John Deere earthmoving equipment, the company says. That equipment includes dozers, excavators, motor graders, and other machines, alongside Deere, Level Best and Worksaver-brand attachments.

Adding new Trimble Technology Outlets has become “an important part of Trimble’s civil construction distribution strategy,” the company says. Authorized resellers allow for ease of purchase for users of several machine types, as well as ease of installation and utilization. In the case of Brooks Tractor, the company now sells Trimble machines and machine parts to customers across seven locations in Wisconsin.

“We want to simplify the path for civil contractors to leverage the power of Trimble machine control, site positioning and correction services, regardless of machine type or manufacturer,” says Ron Bisio, SVP of field systems at Trimble. “Just like Trimble, Brooks Tractor is known for its dedication to technology and support. Making Trimble technology available for John Deere, Level Best and Worksaver brands means Brooks Tractor customers will be able to reach new levels of accuracy, jobsite efficiency and profitability.”

Brooks Tractor and its customers will also receive support from Trimble at large, including installation and training. The company’s dealer channel has become known for its business to business support channels.

Upholding tradition

Lew Brooks, the president of Brooks Tractor, says his company has built a “tradition of excellence” over the past 80 years. The new support from Trimble will allow the company to better keep that tradition in the Badger State, he says.

“We are continuously driven to set new standards and provide the best possible technology solutions for our customers, and we are excited to announce this now includes the sales and support of Trimble technology for Deere equipment,” he says. “We know that being part of Trimble’s global dealer network will help our customers streamline their workflows, make better, data-driven decisions and improve productivity and profitability on the jobsite.

“We are thrilled to add the trusted Trimble brand to the portfolio of products and services we provide.”
