LDJ Manufacturing Inc. was established in the picturesque town of Pella, Iowa by Loren and Jean VanWyk with their sons Chad and Luke in the mid-1990s. This small-scale fabrication venture served to amplify the earnings of their family farm business. It would also sow the seeds of something new and remarkable. In 2009, LDJ Manufacturing gave rise to the Thunder Creek brand. With great resolve, the company embarked on a mission to present farmers with a safer, more efficient solution for fuel transportation. Fueled by a drive for innovation, its product offerings grew to encompass daily fluid and preventative maintenance as well as trailer and truck upfit solutions. These were tailored to cater to professionals across a variety of industries. Those include construction, disaster relief, fleet maintenance, fuel distribution, logging, oil and gas, rental services, road and bridge operations and municipal services.
