Takeuchi TS80 Skid Steer

Takeuchi-US has a large skid steer product portfolio that includes the TS80 skid steer in its lineup. The machine is available in both radial- and vertical-lift loader arrangements. The new TS80 skid steer loaders feature a 74-hp Final Tier 4 Deutz engine that delivers an impressive 192 ft-lbs of torque at 1,800 rpm. The TS80R2 variant features an operating weight of 7,950 lbs and a rated operating capacity of 2,825 lbs. The bucket breakout force on the TS80R2 is 5,845 lbs, with a maximum hinge pin height of 10 ft, 5 in. The TS80V2 is heavier than its radial counterpart with an operating weight of 8,965 lbs and a rated operating capacity of 3,500 lbs. Bucket breakout force on the vertical is 5,920 lbs.

Kubota SSV-Series

Kubota’s diversified construction equipment line includes two skid steer loaders, the SSV65 and SSV75. With standard two-speed travel and optional high-flow hydraulics, Kubota’s skid steers will meet the needs of construction, rental and agriculture customers. The rated operating capacities are 1,950 and 2,690 lbs, respectively, for the SSV65 and SSV75. Both models feature a unique, slide-up, front-entry door that rises overhead, a side light for better visibility and safe night operation and a spacious cabin with climate control. An optional multi-function lever is available, allowing for fingertip control of major machine and implement functions.

JCB 260 Skid Steer

Designed, manufactured and engineered in Savannah, Ga., JCB’s 260 model skid steer loader has a rated operating capacity of 2,600 lbs. As a vertical-lift machine, the 260 offers increased capacity and greater reach at maximum lift height. The 260 features JCB’s unique “PowerBoom” design which allows operators to safely enter and exit the machine via a side-entry door. The machine does not require a torque tube across its rear side for an unobstructed rear view and better all-around visibility. Multifunction joystick controls and an optional heated air-suspension seat with adjustable armrests make the 260 incredibly comfortable to operate.

Caterpillar 262D

The 262D is a 74-hp, vertical-lift model with a rated operating capacity of 2,700 lbs, which can be increased to 2,950 lbs with additional counterweights. The 262D is one of eight skid steer models available, with either a radial- or vertical-lift design. The Cat skid steer loader models have rated operating capacities that range from 1,550 to 3,650 lbs. The lineup allows customers to take advantage of the comfort, control, visibility and security features offered with Cat skid steers, no matter what size best suits their needs. The 262D is available with a High-Flow XPS hydraulic system that offers increased flow (up to 33 gpm) as well as higher pressure (up to 4,061 psi), to deliver increased work tool speed and torque.

New Holland L234

The New Holland L234 is the most powerful skid steer loader in the New Holland lineup, providing superior visibility and stability with even more power and performance for the most difficult jobsite challenges. With its 90-hp engine, the new L234 features increased rated operating capacity to 3,400 lbs at 50 percent tipping load.
