How to Prepare for Equip Expo’s 1.2M Square Feet of Exhibits and Expanded Demo Areas

Get ready to walk, drive, dig and network. Equip Exposition 2025 brings 1.2 million sq ft of exhibits, 30 acres of outdoor demos and nonstop events to Louisville this fall, setting the stage for the biggest landscape equipment experience of the year. This October 21-24, more than 30,000 attendees will converge on Louisville, Kentucky, for four days packed with exhibits, education, networking and entertainment. From software to UTVs, drones to irrigation systems, the show floor brings every corner of the industry under one roof. Beyond the walls, the 30-acre Outdoor Demo Yard is where the real action happens. Attendees can test drive equipment, evaluate competitive machines and see how they handle in real jobsite conditions. This year also brings an expanded UTV Test Track, giving contractors, landscapers and dealers even more opportunities to compare options side by side.
Equip Expo isn’t just about equipment. It’s also about ideas, community and celebration. Attendees can join peer-to-peer networking sessions, catch expert-led education and unwind at evening events like the Welcome Reception at Churchill Downs or the Thursday night concert featuring Big & Rich with Gretchen Wilson. And for the first time, the show introduces its own custom bourbon — Equip Reserve 42: Backyard Blend — adding a distinctly Kentucky flavor to the festivities. Of course, equipment is always front and center. From compact track loaders and mini excavators to utility vehicles, tractors and attachments, leading manufacturers will be rolling out their latest models across the show floor and demo yard. In this Equip Exposition Showcase, we’ll preview just some of the iron you’ll want to climb into when you arrive in Louisville.
