The full portfolio of top-of-the-line DEWALT ELITE SERIES accessories includes circular saw blades, hole saws, reciprocating saw blades, diamond masonry cutting blades, abrasives and masonry drilling accessories all designed by DEWALT to deliver groundbreaking industry performance, exceptional strength and long life for professional users.

Boasting up to 2X life than Diablo’s D0724R Circular Saw Blade, the 7-1/4-in. 24T DEWALT ELITE SERIES Circular Saw Blade (DWAW71424) lasts up to 320 more cuts and cuts up to 1,282 more linear feet. This extended lifespan is achieved through a breakthrough multi-tooth design and proprietary welded carbide tips that increase bond strength and provide extraordinary durability. In addition, the blades’ large vents are designed to reduce heat buildup and improve chip ejection producing effortless, smooth cuts. The portfolio of DEWALT ELITE SERIES Circular Saw Blades tackle tough wood, hard wood, LVL beams, trim, cross cutting, sheet goods, and soft wood, making the blades ideal for framing, finishing and general construction applications. Swiftly cut through rebar, heavy wall pipe and sheet metal with DEWALT ELITE SERIES Metal Cutting Wheels. Engineered for longer life, DEWALT’s ELITE SERIES 4-1/2-in. Cutting Wheel (DWA8951F) provides up to 2.5X life vs. Norton (38454) and 3M (66525) 4-1/2-in. metal cutting wheels. The wheels are designed to cut more metal in high-intensity applications. Through a Pressure Pact design, the wheels’ sharp, crystalline grains are heat-treated and pressurized, allowing users to make fast cuts in a range of metals. All cutting wheels are available now with grinding wheels coming this fall.

New DEWALT ELITE SERIES Demolition and Metal Cutting Carbide Reciprocating Saw Blades are proudly made in the USA with global materials in East Longmeadow, Mass. DEWALT ELITE SERIES Demolition (DWAR656CT-1) and Metal Cutting (DWAR6108CT-1) Carbide Tipped Reciprocating Saw Blades feature precision welded carbides along the cutting edge to withstand multiple nail strikes in demolition applications or when cutting hard materials like cast iron and stainless steel. DEWALT ELITE SERIES 6TPI Demolition blade lasts up to 30% longer vs Diablo (DS0606CWX), while DEWALT ELITE SERIES 8TPI Metal Cutting blade has up to 25% longer life vs. Diablo (DS0608CF). Both DEWALT ELITE SERIES blades contain a tall, thick blade profile designed for durability in tough applications. The demolition blades also feature Iron Blast Technology surface enhancement that strengthens the blade to resist fatigue and teeth stripping. Also Made in the USA with global materials, DEWALT ELITE SERIES Metal Cutting Carbide Tipped Hole Saws 3-in. and smaller have up to 3X longer life vs. Milwaukee carbide tip hole saws and feature advanced welding technology to increase bond strength and retain carbide tips. The carbide tipped cutting edge cuts through a variety of tough materials such as nail embedded wood, thick metal, and stainless steel. In addition, an aggressive tooth design penetrates hard metals and removes chips efficiently to reduce heat buildup, with large, continuous slots providing multiple leverage points for easy plug removal.
Built to tackle multiple materials, the DEWALT ELITE SERIES Multi-Material Hole Saw (DAH42916) features large carbide tips to resist wearing down when striking nails or abrasive material. The carbide tipped design cuts through abrasive materials including nail embedded wood, concrete block, and fiber cement.

The DEWALT ELITE SERIES SDS PLUS drill bits (DW5504 and DW5809) deliver up to 2X the life of Bosch masonry drill bits (HCFC2012 and HC5021). For added durability, DEWALT Iron Blast technology prepares the bit for impact while advanced welding technology secures the carbide contributing to extended life. DEWALT ELITE SERIES Diamond Blades achieve peak performance by cooling the high-alloy steel core with an aerodynamic design producing exceptionally precise cuts. Users also benefit from productivity with laser welded segments that feature twice the diamond concentration vs. DEWALT HP blade cutting C35 concrete.
