ECHO Incorporated Releases New DGK400F 400 kVA Generator

Power equipment company ECHO has expanded its industrial power lineup with the debut of its DGK400F 400 kVA generator, along with new mobile LED light towers.
Designed for rental fleets and industrial equipment operators, the generator will help to simplify transport and setup. The two new suites of products will also work to lower operational and ownership costs, and the company says it offers high performance across a number of different job sites.
“We’re thrilled to give dealers, operators, and site managers the ability to confidently tackle more diverse and demanding projects,” says Ryan Fredrickson, senior product marketing manager for IPE at ECHO Incorporated. “These launches represent more than just new products. They are evidence of ECHO’s long-term investment in the industrial power market by delivering durable equipment, thoughtful design and the support infrastructure customers need to keep operations running.”
The product lines are built with heavy-duty steel construction, and boast “intuitive” controls as well as fuel-saving features. The company says the products “reflect ECHO’s commitment to reliable, rugged power in challenging environments.”
The DGK400F generator will allow operators to run multiple high-load machines simultaneously off of its single source of power. The machine features an industrial-grade Isuzu 6WG1X engine, as well as dynamic emissions control through Echo’s S.E.T. Smart Emissions Technology.
“Built for extreme environments, it pairs rugged steel construction with quiet operation and modern monitoring capabilities to meet the needs of construction, mining, oil & gas, and critical infrastructure projects,” the company says.
ECHO’s “Ready to deploy” light towers
Advertised for projects needing reliable, temporary lighting solutions, ECHO has also released its DLT3, DLT6, and DLT8 mobile lighting towers. The company says the towers offer LED lighting solutions across varying kilowatt configurations and “scalable auxiliary power.”
The new product line sports up to 300 operating hours on the 3 kW model, making for less refueling trips. Additionally, the products have auxiliary outlets, cold-weather accessories and auto-start functions.
“Designed for fast deployment and precise coverage, each tower features a rugged vertical mast with near-360-degree rotation, allowing crews to accurately and easily aim light without repositioning the unit,” ECHO officials say.
The light towers are most importantly durable and easy to use, the company says. Each product contains a built-in operator platform, a foldable tongue, fork pockets, and a lifting eye, all meant to contribute to quick setup and ease of use.
