Power Up with Yanmar’s 4TN107 Power Packs

Yanmar 4TN107 Power Pack

The best choice for off-road up to 208hp

All the power you need, when you need it, without the hassle – all thanks to Yanmar’s new 4TN107 powerpacks. The powerful two-stage turbocharged common rail engines are optimized for low fuel consumption, high power density, and outstanding torque, making them your best choice for off-road applications up to 208hp (155 kW).

Best of all, it’s in stock now.

Less fuel, optimal torque and power density

Designed for outputs ranging from 120-208hp (89-155 kW), this expansion to Yanmar’s over-75hp (56 kW) lineup is versatile. Just one base engine can easily power off-road machinery for construction, agricultural, and material-handling applications and more.

In the design of the 4TN107, Yanmar leveraged their experience with combustion technology to reduce fuel consumption by about 10% compared to similar engines in its output class*, helping customers reduce life cycle costs of their engines.

You won’t have to sacrifice torque or power density, either. Yanmar engines are precisely engineered for high-power density** and optimal torque. With its two-stage turbocharger design, the 4TN107 generates peak torque of 594 ft-lb (805Nm) and has a best-in-class power density of 46 hp/L (34kW/L)*.

Designed for convenient installation and max uptime

Not only is it available and in stock now, but Yanmar’s powerpack units are designed to be simple drop-in units that save you hours on installation, engineering, and validation. The 4TN107 already meets the rigorous EU Stage V and EPA Tier 4 emissions regulation.

The compact profile of Yanmar’s engines makes it easier to mount to your machine, no matter the configuration. Plus, Yanmar has improved visibility and comfort for machinery operators by incorporating our exhaust-gas reduction technology into the engine and minimizing the size of the exhaust-gas aftertreatment device. Yanmar’s 4TN107 is fitted with proprietary Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) to reduce Particulate Matter (PM) as well as a proprietary exhaust-gas after-treatment system, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) using Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). With these systems, you can keep working – even at high-altitude or in low-temperature environments or when working with light or heavy loads.

The powerpack is precisely engineered to reduce exhaust aftertreatment vibrational response. It includes engine isolation and, with the optional semi-enclosed and fully-enclosed packages, provides aftertreatment weather protection, along with a variety of operator-friendly features.

Support when and where you need it

Yanmar knows how important it is for you to keep your machines operational. That’s why they have over 300 service dealers across the United States and Canada, plus a robust distributor network. They have made it their focus to continue growing their support capabilities, so whether you need parts, service, or a helping hand, there’s someone close by when and where you need them.

For over 100 years, Yanmar has been exceeding our customers’ needs for power options. With a longstanding reputation of superior quality, Yanmar continues to refine the combustion process for more precise fuel delivery and control. The result: reduced emissions, improved performance, and elite fuel economy.

It all comes down to this: Less fuel. More torque and power density. It’s that easy.
