Kioti Opens First West Coast Warehouse to Boost Western Distribution

Kioti Tractor has expanded its North American infrastructure with the opening of a 146,327-sq-ft warehouse in Tumwater, Washington. Located just south of Olympia, this is Kioti’s first West Coast facility, designed to improve equipment delivery, streamline logistics and support a growing dealer network across the Western United States and Canada. From the press release:
“As we continue to expand our presence in North America, strengthening our distribution channels remains a key strategic priority,” said Ryan Kim, deputy CEO at Kioti Tractor. “After evaluating our infrastructure, we made significant investments to enhance logistics and increase our overall capacity. The Tumwater warehouse now serves as a dedicated hub to support our western dealers and customers.”
Tumwater Facility Increases Reach and Speed
The Tumwater warehouse brings 26 dock doors and 36-ft-high clearance storage space to Kioti’s distribution network. Operations began in phases in May 2025, starting with whole goods and eventually expanding to include parts and assembly. This facility gives Kioti a strategic footprint in the Pacific Northwest, reducing transit times and improving parts availability for dealers and customers across the West Coast. It complements the company’s existing locations in North Carolina, Texas and Ontario. From the press release:
“By positioning the facility in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, we are providing our dealers with quicker access to the products and parts their customers need,” said Bryan Falkner, director of product support and U.S. operations at KIOTI Tractor. “It’s a critical building block in our long-term strategy to streamline and improve our service and support across North America.”
Part of a Broader Expansion Strategy
The Tumwater site builds on Kioti’s larger strategy to grow its North American presence. It follows the recent opening of a warehouse in Milton, Ontario. Together, these locations boost the brand’s ability to serve regional markets with faster shipping, more inventory and stronger dealer support.
New Tractor Lineup Adds Both Muscle and Precision
While expanding infrastructure, Kioti has also widened its product portfolio on both ends of the size spectrum. In May, the company released its most powerful tractors yet — the HX1302 and HX1402. These utility tractors deliver up to 140 gross hp and feature a closed-center hydraulic system pumping 44 gpm. A power shift transmission, 25-mph top speed and advanced operator comfort features make these machines suitable for serious farm and land management jobs.
Sub-Compact with a Premium Feel
At the opposite end of the size chart, Kioti launched the CS30 Series earlier this year. This 24.5-hp sub-compact is the first in its class to include a factory-installed climate-controlled cab. It also features Bluetooth AV, a rearview camera and the Kioti Connect telematics system — delivering real-time machine updates and diagnostics.
Integrated Technology Across Equipment
Kioti is integrating smart features across its lineup. The Kioti Connect system gives operators remote visibility into machine health, geofencing and predictive maintenance alerts. It’s available free for three years on select models. For compact loaders, the Flow+ hydraulic system boosts attachment performance without the fuel draw of traditional high-flow setups.
Positioned for Growth
With new infrastructure in Tumwater and recent product launches, Kioti continues to invest in long-term dealer support, machine innovation and regional responsiveness. The company’s West Coast expansion reflects rising demand and a commitment to better serve contractors, landscapers and landowners from coast to coast.
