Deere & Company is making a massive bet on American manufacturing. During its Q2 2025 earnings call, the company announced a $20 billion commitment to U.S. operations over the next 10 years. This long-term pledge includes new factories, facility expansions, workforce development and deeper investment in local communities. The goal: Strengthen domestic manufacturing and support the evolving demands of construction, agriculture and turf equipment markets. This isn’t a new move for Deere — it’s just scaling up.
