ICYMI: Winter UTVs, Trencher Trends, Electric CTCs and More

Oh, hey, it’s me. I took a little break last week to listen to a whole bunch of 2000s pop punk bands with 70,000 of my closest friends. But I’m back now and ready to recap some news. Let’s go!

1. Winter UTVs. Although I think winter is lame, I absolutely love UTVs. So I have to share this great article detailing how to prep your utility vehicle for winter work. Find out what John DeerePolaris Commercial and more had to say.

2. Trencher Trends. Ride-on trenchers are the perfect machines to carefully slice through the earth so you can lay irrigation, electrical lines and more. We talked to Ditch Witch and Vermeer on what’s new in the market and how to select the right machine. Enjoy!

3. Electric CTCs. It seems like we can’t go a week without talking electric equipment and this time it’s the electrification of compact tool carriers. Come see what’s new and on the way from companies like Toro and Volteq Equipment.

4. The New Kid. Speaking of CTCs, Kanga Loaders unveiled its latest mini loader — the Kanga 220 — at the Equip Expo show in Louisville, Kentucky, last week. Affectionally known as the Kanga Kid, the 220 offers operators great maneuverability, improved performance, a revamped operator capsule and so much more.

5. New Holland’s SALs. We’ve been chatting about small articulated loaders a lot lately, and now New Holland Construction is entering this growing market. Click the link below to learn more about the company’s SAL lineup.
