Hydrema Celebrates Grand Opening of New North American Headquarters (Enjoy these Photos)

Hydrema, a leading supplier of modern, high performance earth moving equipment, recently celebrated the grand opening of their new North American headquarters on Friday, September 23. The event brought over 100 attendees to the new, larger facility, located at 4515 Hemingway Trail, Cumming, Ga. With approximately 24,500 square feet of space, Hydrema’s new headquarters allows for additional offices for their growing company, as well as increased parts storage and acreage for stocking the 912HM, 922HM and other Hydrema products.

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating the grand opening of our new North American headquarters,” states Kris Binder, Vice President of Hydrema North America. “This is a monumental milestone for us and we are very excited to have a new, expanded facility. We look forward to a future of steady growth for Hydrema.”

Among those present at the grand opening were the Cumming Forsyth Chamber members, Christopher Smith, the Honorary Consul of Denmark, U.S. Army TACOM, Jan Werner Jensen, Owner and CEO of Hydrema and Lone Mohrsen Jensen, Owner and Controller of Hydrema. Alexander Russ, AEM Director of International and Regulatory Affairs attended and spoke about the “I Make America” campaign promoting U.S. manufacturing jobs through investment in infrastructure. Larry Barfield, Director of Capture Management at Honeywell was also in attendance and spoke about The Code of Support Organization, a foundation that Hydrema supports, which provides one-on-one assistance to service members, veterans and their families with the most complex needs. Several Hydrema dealers were present as well including Ring Power Corporation, Best Line Equipment, Hort Manufacturing, Pine Bush Equipment, East PBE and Power Equipment.

Activities at the grand opening celebration included building tours, an excavator rodeo and demonstrations of Hydrema’s mine clearing vehicles and 912EHM compact dump truck. Guests also enjoyed a BBQ and refreshments.

In 2005, Hydrema established its North American headquarters in the state of Georgia. Hydrema has since broadened its product offerings in North America with the 912 and 922 articulated dump trucks, MX series compact mobile excavators, backhoes and military/flood defense equipment. Hydrema has also established a solid dealer network which consists of 22 dealers located throughout 24 states and Canada.
