Bobcat Company Welcomes New Authorized Dealer in the Okanagan, British Columbia
Bobcat Company has expanded its dealer network with the addition of Nor-Val Rentals Ltd. as an authorized new and used sales, rental, service and parts provider of Bobcat equipment. The British Columbia-based dealership offers locations at 5401 24th St. in Vernon and 3004 Smith Dr. in Armstrong.
Nor-Val Rentals got its start in Armstrong in 1994. In the 26 years since, the company has undergone a steady expansion. Their new addition in the Okanagan will be their fifth location in British Columbia.
“My family has been operating Bobcat equipment since the late ’70s, so it’s always had a special place in my heart,” said Jim Clipperton, president of Nor-Val Rentals. “When Bobcat Company approached me with the dealership offer, it didn’t take very long for me to decide. I called a couple friends that currently have dealerships and they could not say enough good things about the company. That pretty much sealed the deal.”
Nor-Val offers a full line of construction, industrial and homeowner rental equipment with five fully equipped service trucks on the road. The company serves a variety of markets, including construction, industrial, agriculture, homeowners, wineries and more.
“We are really hitting the ground running with team members that have extensive Bobcat knowledge and experience. When customers walk through our doors, they know they will receive the best equipment and service possible,” said Jim.
