New Robotic Welder Helps Improve Attachment Manufacturing for Worksaver
A new Lincoln Automation Single Zone 55 RTU RO1 Robotic Welder was recently installed at Worksaver Inc.’s facility in Litchfield, Ill., for welding grapples, snow pushers, snow blades and pallet fork frames including sub-compact pallet forks. A coordinated welding motion allows products to be rotated as they are being welded for improved efficiency.
Other features of this new robotic welder include a 6-axis robot arm with 79-inch reach and a 16-foot servo-driven robot track and travel carriage. The sliding tailstock features 72-inch travel with 12 positional increments.
