Custom Mfg. broadens ANBO product line
ANBO Mfg. has announced a broad expansion of its grapple product line offering custom manufacturing options for customers seeking solutions for specific applications.
“This new capability allows ANBO customers to get the grapple that will best meet their specific needs,” explained Chris Newman, ANBO president. “It expands on one of the most renowned USA made, industry leading product lines available today.”
The new product selection and customization allows a buyer to select the most applicable grapple model and then fine tune the grapple to the application. From a long list of options customers can select size, width, tine spacing, mounts, cubic yards, and in some cases, material. The expansion provides the customer an easy path to tailor their purchase to get the best possible grapple for their needs.
“With greater versatility and efficiency than almost any other attachment, there are so many jobs that are perfect for a grapple,” noted Newman. “We have expanded on that concept by adding custom options to our grapple line so ANBO grapples can be tailored to do any and all those jobs even better. Combining these varied options into a comprehensive product line required significant new design and manufacturing strategies which we believe will result in a product that will even more precisely meet the needs of customers.”
Customers can select from the range of base models best suited for the type of work they intend to do, such as root and rock digging, concrete and demolition work, high capacity material movers, hay bales, field and fence clearing, rock wall building and more.
Once they select the right base model, customers can then define the optional spacing of the tines from 3 (rock buckets) 6, 8 and 12 in. or more. This allows the most efficient use in various soil compositions, rock and root sizes, landscape composition and various waste handing and material sorting, as well as fine or course raking capabilities. It is even possible to add some of these capabilities to the bucket that is currently on the machine. Finally, customers can select from a wide range of width openings to allow for a combination of strength and material carrying capability.
