ANBO Offers Build-to-Order Dirt and Snow Blades to Match Your Machine
ANBO Mfg. now offers a “Build-to-Order” blade line that allows customers to specify dirt or snow blades that can be optimized for maximum performance matched to both the base machine and the application for which the blade is intended. This new design and fabrication service enables customers to obtain a perfect combination of the blade attachment, the machine and the application.
The Build to Order product line-up features blade models that are designed for all makes and models of machines from heavy duty wheel loaders, tractors and skid steers, to mid-size tractors and skid steers all the way down to smaller, lighter versions for compact and subcompact machines, telescopic loaders, tele-handlers, walk behinds and even forklifts. Only ANBO guarantees the attachment will fit any machine, said the company.
The extensive line-up of styles of ANBO’s blades includes straight push blades, manual and hydraulic blades, upgradeable manual blades and hydraulic angle blades. The user may select variable tension spring trip for snow and dirt, spring-trip with lock outs, 4 way angle and even 6 way tilt/angle blades, bucket mount blades, silage blades with straight push and hydraulic angle blades as well as variable batwing blades with hydraulic side wings.
The blades will come standard with adjustable skid shoes, replaceable cutting edges and offer optional rubber and UHMW cutting edges. Options include pin-on box ends, rubber cutting edges, and variable spring tension.
The blades are selectable in lengths from 3 to 24 ft. They have chamfered mold board thicknesses to prevent snow and mud from building up. The mold boards are offered in industrial (commercial) and standard mold board thicknesses.
This build to order feature means the user can specify the best set of features for their particular use. As with the industry leading grapple line, ANBO has thousands of mounts for almost any machine ever made in the market place. If there is a special mount requirement, ANBO currently offers the design mounts, pin-on, global, universal or quick attach, specific to any loader or manufacturer’s machine. ANBO guarantees the fit. ANBO also offers a Master mount plate that will allow different machines of similar size, with different mounts, to use the same attachment.
