Hypertherm MAXPRO200
Hypertherm, a U.S. based-manufacturer of advanced cutting systems,
recently announced the launch of the MAXPRO200, a 200-amp LongLife air
and oxygen plasma system. The system — engineered for heavy-duty,
high-capacity cutting and gouging — boasts the fastest cut speeds, best
cut quality and lowest operating costs in its class, says the company.
Additionally, the combination of LongLife technology and excellent
air/air and O2/air cut quality enables operators to cut more parts per
hour and minimizes the need for secondary operations. Other features of
the MAXPRO200 include: intuitive one step interface and automatic gas
control for consistent results without operator intervention; optional
quick-disconnect torches for fast consumable changes; two handheld and
two mechanized torch options; advanced diagnostics to simplify
troubleshooting and service; and patented consumable designs for
best-in-class cut speeds and robust production piercing. For more info,

Victor 400 Series Oxy-Fuel Torch
Victor, a Victor Technologies brand, has launched its new 400 Series of
oxy-fuel torches to meet the needs of a changing workforce. The Victor
400 Series features a patented contoured handle whose size and shape
fits naturally in most operators’ hands. The handle uses an engineered
alloy that is tougher than brass, weighs less and balances naturally
when the cutting attachment and hoses are attached. The oxygen and fuel
valves are color-coded for easy identification and labeled to indicate
open and closed positions. To increase precision, the 400 Series cutting
attachment provides excellent line-of-sight visibility using a sleek
three-tube design that supports gas flow rate requirements for tip sizes
000 through 6. The new torch is available in medium- and heavy-duty
models and is also sold as part of the Medalist 250 and Medalist 350
outfits that include a torch handle, cutting attachment, welding tip, G
Series regulators and hoses. For more info, visit www.victortechnologies.com.
Miller Products
Multimatic 200 All-in-One Portable Welding System and Trailblazer Engine-Driven Welder/Generators
Miller has introduced the new Multimatic 200, an all-in-one portable
multiprocess welding power source capable of performing MIG, Stick and
TIG welding processes in one compact design. The new Auto-Set Elite
feature allows operators to quickly and easily set weld parameters based
on material type and thickness, as well as fine-tune those parameters
to match each specific application. The Multimatic 200 system weighs
only 29 lbs and connects to common 120- and 230-volt power receptacles
with the Miller-exclusive MVP multi-voltage plug. Ideal for use in light
fabrication, maintenance and repair, HVAC, construction and farm/ranch
applications, the Multimatic 200 system has a durable, impact-resistant
polycarbonate case that protects the machine from harsh environments and
the rigors of daily use. The system is also compatible with a number of
accessories.
Miller has introduced the new Trailblazer
Series of engine-driven welder/generators — the Trailblazer 275 and
Trailblazer 325. Built for general construction, structural steel and
maintenance and repair applications, the new Trailblazer
welder/generators offer a number of industry-first technologies designed
to reduce fuel use by as much as 35 percent, extend runtimes by 50
percent, reduce noise by 68 percent and provide a smaller and lighter
footprint for ease of mobility and more space on work trucks. Two
industry-exclusive technologies anchor these new machines: Smart-Cor
technology and Auto-Speed technology. Smart-Cor technology provides
independent weld and generator power, ensuring no interaction between
the welding arc and jobsite tools. Welder/generators without this
capability can cause fluctuations in the welding arc when a load is
simultaneously applied to the generator, creating an erratic arc. For
