Unitrac Tires Inc. to Change Its Name to Solideal Canada Inc.

On April 1, Unitrac will change its name to Solideal Canada Inc. For over 20
years, Unitrac Tires has enjoyed a rich company history founded on
entrepreneurship, product quality, customer service excellence and hard work. In
1991, Solideal became a shareholder of Unitrac, and both shareholder groups
enjoyed a strong working relationship. Over the last 15 years, Solideal has
played an important part in the company’s growth and is an integral part of the
continued product and service expansion strategy. Today, Unitrac is owned by
Solideal, and is a major Canadian distributor and service provider to the
forklift industry as well as to the construction industry.

The decision to change the company name is a part of the increased presence
that Solideal has earned in its world markets. Solideal manufactures in Sri
Lanka, the United States, Serbia and France. It operates distribution companies
in many of the important markets throughout the world. As the group continues to
grow, Solideal Canada will continue to benefit from new product launches, global
OEM partnerships, global corporate resources and the reputation of one of the
most respected names in the forklift and construction tire businesses.

Unitrac and Solideal brand products will continue to be installed and
distributed through company locations and distributors throughout Canada.
