Case IH Sponsors Twitter Contest During National FFA Convention (Starting Today). Here’s Your Chance to Win an iPad2

Win this sweet iPad2 by making a simple Tweet. Case IH wants to help young people “Be Ready” for the future with its contest during the 84th Annual National FFA Convention. They also want to help you have a chance to win a new Apple iPad2. To become a contestant, simply follow @Case_IH on Twitter and tweet a thoughtful response to the question, “What are you doing to #beready for the future of farming?”

Including the #BeReady hashtag in the tweet will automatically enter you in the contest, which runs from October 19 to 22, 2011. Anyone age 14 and over may participate, and one lucky entrant will win the new 16 GB Apple iPad 2 with WiFi, pre-loaded with Case IH images, videos and bookmarks. “Be Ready” is a recurrent theme at Case IH.

“Agriculture is evolving at a rapid pace and Case IH recognizes the challenges farmers face, from feeding an expanding global population, to producing more food on fewer acres,” says Sam Acker, Manager of Pricing and Programs, Case IH North America and former FFA member. “Our legendary red brand helps farmers and ranchers to be ready with the equipment and support that contributes to their success in meeting the future head-on.

“For more than 60 years Case IH has been supporting FFA’s mission to help its members be ready for the challenges and opportunities confronting the agriculture industry,” continues Acker. “Like FFA, Case IH represents a tradition of leadership, so our sponsorship of the American FFA Degree and New Century Farmer programs is a natural fit. That’s gratifying to me as former FFA member.”

To see what Case IH has to offer and visit about equipment and career opportunities, stop by the Case IH Career Show booth (#1051) at the National FFA Convention. And be watching for more exciting news from Case IH during the convention.

The winner of the iPad2 will be announced during the week of October 24. For complete contest rules, go here.
